Mediterranean Turkey Burger

There are a lot of things I like about using turkey to make hamburgers instead of ground beef. First it saves you blank calories. Second I feel like you can flavor a turkey burger to your specifications more. Don't get me wrong beef is wonderful, but I often prefer to use turkey.

Blue Cheese Potato Salad

This is a great potato salad that can be served both warm and cold depending on what kind of mood you are in. If you are going to serve it cold I recommend you waiting till all of the items have cooled before you combined them as oppose to sticking it in the fridge once they are combined.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes

There are a number of reasons that I like making stuffed baked potatoes. One, you can make them as simple or as complicated as you want with what you decided to put in them. Two, you can put anything you want in them. Three, they are inexpensive. Four, you can allow each person to customize with their own toppings if you want.

This is a pretty simple recipe and more like an idea. The items that I am putting in the potato are suggestions but feel free to do whatever you want. I feel like this is a better cold and gloomy whether meal, but really they can be eaten all year round.
