Quick tip: You can use green pepper if they are on sale or if you just prefer the taste of them.

1 head of Broccoli cut in small florets
1 Red pepper sliced
3 oz crumbled feta cheese
¾ lb Pasta (your choice)
½ cup Greek Dressing (You can substitute your favorite)

Boil the pasta until al dente (according to the package directions). Make sure you put salt in the pasta water. Cut the broccoli into bite sized florets and thinly slice the peppers. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Salt and pepper to taste. You can serve right away but it will taste better once it has sat for a bit.  After it has sat you may want to add a little more dressing since the pasta will soak a lot of it up.
