Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream

These are a great, healthy way to end any meal. If you are not a big fan of honey or cinnamon feel free not to add them. I would give a half peach to each person, so this is set for 4 people.

Quick tip: Vanilla ice cream is great with this but there are a lot of flavors that would be great, especially things with nuts in them. So put your favorite ice cream on top.

Ingredients

2 peaches halved and pitted
4 scoops of Ice Cream
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Honey
Neutral-tasting oil like canola

Instructions

Preheat grill on medium. Brush halved peaches with a little bit of oil and cook for about 4 mins on flat side. Look and make sure it has good grill marks, otherwise leave it on a little longer. Flip peach halves over and sprinkle tops with cinnamon. Let them cook for another 4 mins.  At this point they should be soft but not falling apart. Put each peach half in a bowl, top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with honey.
