2 heads of Garlic
Olive Oil
6 Slices of Bacon cooked and broken into crumbles
1 cup low fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
3/4 cups Mayo
Worcestershire Sauce (dashes)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off the tops of the heads of Garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil. Place in the oven for about for about 45 mins, until the garlic is soft.

In a bowl mix together the sour cream, mayo, Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Once the garlic is done roasting pull all the cloves out of their covers and mash up. Then mix the garlic and bacon into the rest of the mixture. Let set in the refrigerator for an hour or so.
